By downloading, installing, or using Nexus, you agree to the following terms.
License
Nexus is licensed for personal or internal business use only.
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use Nexus on your own systems, a single installed device per license.
You may not:
– redistribute Nexus

– use Nexus binaries, source files, workflows, or architecture to create a directly competing engine or commercial service
You may use Nexus to build your own projects, software, content, businesses, and commercial products.
The restriction applies only to the Nexus engine itself and the proprietary systems that power it.
Updates
Founder purchases include one year of updates from the date of purchase.
Future versions, premium features, cloud services, advanced tooling, or enterprise features may require separate purchase or upgraded plans.
Support
Nexus is an actively evolving product.
Some features may change over time as the system improves.
The software is provided as-is without guaranteed uptime, compatibility, or support for every possible hardware configuration.
Refunds
Due to the nature of downloadable software, refunds are not guaranteed after delivery, installation, activation, or remote setup has been completed.
